Villes, Spills And Bellyaches: More HTC Handset Leaks
Last week we brought you images from a video leaked by HTC showing the manufacturer’s new Ville smartphone, and now new photos and specs have surfaced on t’interweb.
The blurry pics leaked by Japanese mobile site ePrice (which as far as we can see, is some sort of retailer) seem to confirm what we already knew, and show a slim handset with rounded edges running Ice Cream Sandwich overlaid with Sense 4.0.
Said to be just 8.9mm thick, the Ville is set to be HTC’s thinnest handset yet and that svelte frame supposedly houses a 4.3-inch qHD AMOLED display too.
Other rumoured specs include a beastly 1.5GHz dual-core processor providing maximum throttle for powering the creamy OS, with Sense 4.0 providing a stunning user experience.
Although the chipset is yet to be confirmed, there have been whispers that the processor of choice will be the MSM8260 Snapdragon, the same one that featured in the Sensation XE.
It’s all very exciting and we can’t wait for the official announcement from the Taiwanese troopers at MWC in less than three weeks time.
They’ve been banging out some brilliant blowers of late, so everyone is all fired up and waiting to see what they’ll pull out of the bag next. Stay tuned for more info right here.
