Is there a software update available for my LG Optimus 2X?
While the LG Optimus 2X comes with Android 2.2, LG will be releasing a software update to Android 2.3 Gingerbread in the coming months.
How will I know if a software update has been released?
The quickest way to check if an update has been released for your Optimus 2X is to go to Settings from the main menu, select About Phone then Software Update. You can also keep an eye on the P4u News and Community for any word on this front.

Your LG Optimus 2X comes with 8GB of internal memory that can hold over 3,000 snaps. If that isn’t enough space for you, get yourself a microSD card as your phone can hold cards up to 32GB which you can use to store even more pictures. The amount of pictures you can take on your Optimus 2X also depends on how much memory is being taken up by other stuff like your music and videos.
