Images and detailed specifications of the rumoured HTC One Mini have leaked online.
The snaps, handed to Engadget by a ‘trusted source’, seemingly show the upcoming smaller device next to the original HTC One, with a noticeable gulf in size and a white bezel around the outside the being only form factor differences.
In terms of specifications, should the leak prove correct the HTC One Mini will reportedly boast:
The source also confirmed the Mini handset will be sporting HTC Sense 5.0 which also means the return of Blinkfeed, whilst the Beats Audio branding will also be making an appearance when it comes to sound.
Camera details are as yet a bit sketchy and, apart from the fact it will definitely have the impressive Zoe technology, we will have to wait and see whether the UltraPixel lens also returns on the scaled down offering.
Rumours of the HTC One Mini have been circulating for several weeks, with the first speculation coming soon after Samsung’s announcement of the Galaxy S4 Mini. Whisperings of HTC’s smaller device emerged soon after that, with this proving the most concrete evidence of its existence yet.
Sony also looks likely to enter the smaller handset fray after details of an Xperia Z Mini emerged last week. Combine this with the multitude of rumours surround Nexus variants, and we may have a busy time on our hands soon enough.
