Hi Kev,

Unfortunately we haven't had any hands on experience with the Ion as it has only been set for a US release as of yet.

We have spent a lot of time with the Xperia S though, and found it to be a great handset.

The Xperia houses a Facebook app so you can stay fully connected via your mobile.

Abbi.

Hi xnay,

From our experience with the phone it was very durable and hard-wearing. We put it through quite a few tests including our Smartphone Shootout and it didn't get any scratches on.

Hope this helps!

Abbi.

Excellent phone; at the leading edge of mobile technology. The best mobile "out there".
Camera/video excellent. "Seri" feature a revelation ( a phone that follows your spoken instructions).
"phones4you" support excellent. o2 and Apple web/Belfast store support superlative.
See store (Lisburn) for fantastic "no deposit" offer - don't be too late!

How soon can i expect confirmation whether or not i qualify for a Smartwatch?
I ordered this morning, so not sure if i'm too late to the party lol.

If i'm unsuccessful, what's the process on other people cancelling their orders and what happens to their smartwatches?

Hi Redman M,

It may be that the machines in Boots do you support the photo files from this particular device. Did you make sure all your Bluetooth settings were turned on to allow files transfer?

It's hard for us to help without actually being able to see the phone or know how the machines in Boots work, if there is a staff member behind the photo counter they may be able to help.

Failing that try transferring your pictures onto your PC then store them on a memory card or data stick. You should be able to print your pictures off easily from there.

Hi Annemarie293,

Go to Apps.
Camera.
Click the gear on the lower left.
Select the tab with the wrench.
Go to page 2.
Memory.
There you can select between phone and memory card.

Also to exit from safe mode, power off the phone as you normally would.
Remove the battery.
Place the battery back into the device.
The Galaxy S should now start normally.

Hope this helps!
